There’s no point in being immodest. As well as being the best Food Finder in Britain (well Nigella says so) I’m also a pretty good cook (Julia Child gave me a award for one of my cookery books – a whisk made of glass, since you ask).
So I have decided to combine the two and run carefully chosen but outrageously glorious and indulgent Pop-Up Feasts with a British-ish theme. I’ll be doing the cooking and hosting and the plan is to show-case various favourite producers.
I’ve three feasts due in the next couple of months and am taking bookings now. I hope you will come along but if you’re busy and can’t but want notice of future dates, or would like the recipes or details of the featured producers (published only after the feasts) join the mailing list – see below.
I am also offering gift vouchers for 2014 – ideal for FoodLovers and taking bookings for private feasts or parties – so you can email me about these.
Useful Information
My Pop-Up Feasts are small and intimate occasions in my dining room in my home in Queen’s Park*.
I can seat 10 guests comfortably around a table – so everyone will sit together.
The evening will kick-off at 7.30pm with an 11.00pm home time
The evening starts with Canapés and Prosecco (after that –it’s BYO) followed by a four-course dinner
As they are a sort of private party, you are responsible for your own safety and food allergies
Sadly I cannot cook for any special dietary requirements
Tickets are refundable until 7 days before the event
*You’ll receive full address details on confirmation of your booking
